It was stated that most Russian charters have pulled out for the summer season, resulting in anticipated low occupancy rates for beach resorts and potential revenue loss for Sri Lanka. Furthermore, this could hinder winter operations if the MRR (Minimum Revenue Requirement) is implemented.”
